The Company, through its wholly owned subsidiary, Xcite Energy Resources Ltd, owns and operates in approximately four blocks in the United Kingdom North Sea. The Company is engaged in the appraisal and evaluation of oil and gas reserves and the geographical segment, in which it operates is the North Sea. The Company owns and operates Bentley field located in Block 9/3b on the East Shetland Platform in the UK Northern North Sea. Its other working field include in Block 9/4a, 9/8b and 9/9h situated in the UK North Sea.
