About SIR

Secure Income REIT’s investment strategy is designed to satisfy investors’ growing requirements for high quality, safe, inflation protected income returns. The Group owns a portfolio of 164 key operating real estate assets with a weighted average unexpired lease term of c.21.5 years as at 30 June 2019, on a pro forma basis adjusting for the sale of eight hospitals after the balance sheet date. The most recent external portfolio valuation was £2.05bn at 30 June 2019, reflecting a net initial yield of 5.1%. All properties are fully let with all rents guaranteed by financially strong businesses. The Company has an outstanding, experienced non-executive Board comprising four Independent Directors and three directors from the Investment Advisor, Prestbury Investments LLP.
