The Franchised UK Motors segment comprises of the group's motor vehicle retail, parts wholesale and fleet operations, encompassing the sale of new and used motor cars, motorbikes, trucks and vans, together with associated aftersales activities of service, body repair and parts sales. The Leasing segment is involved in contract hire and leasing activities. The Software segment includes the activities as a dealer management systems provider. The US Motors segment contains the retail operation in California in the United States encompassing the sale of new and used motor cars, together with associated aftersales activities of service and parts sales. The company was founded in 1989 and is headquartered in Nottingham, the United Kingdom.
