The Company provides a diversified portfolio of approximately 50 to 90 stocks, in which the investment manager has a high degree of conviction. The Company's portfolio construction is driven by bottom-up stock selection rather than geographical or sector allocation. The Company uses borrowing to gear the portfolio within a range of 5% net cash to 20 % geared under normal market conditions. The Company invests in sectors, such as technology software, media, banks, retail, consumer cyclical and services, financial services, technology semi and hardware, industrial cyclicals, health services and systems and other. JPMorgan Asset Management (UK) Limited is the Company's investment manager.
