Northern Rock loans
Northern Rock loans
It’s business as usual at beleaguered bank Northern Rock, as the bank continues to offer a full range of financial products -- loans being no exception.
Northern Rock offers both personal loans, as well as secured loans against your home. Its unsecured personal loans have no early repayment charges for those wanting to pay their loan off early, and you are free to make additional payments towards the loan without penalty.
Northern Rock’s secured loans operate rather like a mortgage in that you can pay it off over a period of up to 35 years. However, this also means that if you fail to meet your repayments, you could lose your home.
Northern Rock’s secured loan rates tend to be higher than its mortgage rates, so if you’re borrowing a significant amount, you may want to consider remortgaging first.
